I just love this wedding and I’m so excited to share it with you. I went to high school with both Lauren and Jason but that is not where their love story began. It wasn’t until many years later and reconnecting on Facebook that the began dating. We revisited our high school last fall for their engagement pictures. Finally, their wedding day came on a beautiful June day. There are too many amazing images to share in one blog so be sure to check out the slideshow at the event to see the entire day.
Flowers by the amazing Robertson’s Flowers. Isn’t Lauren’s ring gorgeous??
Love Lauren’s lovely details and her “something blue” handkerchief.
The gorgeous sheos!
Makeup by the fabulous Tina of Make Me Glam (how cute is she! smiling at Lauren’s reaction to her makeup).
The gorgeous bride! Doesn’t she look stunning?
Lauren and Jason opted to have a first look so we could finish their portraits before the ceremony. Love this happy reaction!
Jason and the guys.
Lauren and the girls. Love the beautiful blue dresses.
Favorite!
Pen Ryn is such a perfect venue for a wedding. A beautiful old mansion facing the water (scroll down to see the view!)
For anyone who thinks that see your groom before the ceremony will ruin the walking down the aisle moment, here is proof that it will not! Nothing can take away from that. Love Jason’s reaction!
Married!
Some of the gorgeous reception details. I love all the floral arrangements of different sizes mixed together.
I always suggest sneaking outside right before sunset for a few portraits if at all possible. We had a few minutes right after and I’m so glad we took the time to get a few more portraits. Some of my favorites from the day!
Lauren and Jason! I’m so glad you choose me to capture your wedding day. I was so honored to be a part of it. I hope you enjoy your images!
Ashley, I can’t express how much we LOVE these! And the slideshow…omg, wonderful! I’m just speechless and so thrilled! Thank you again for doing such a phenomenal job! (Now the tough part will be to select our favorites!!)
Ashley,
