Oh how I love this wedding! This wedding was such a joy to shoot. Jen is one of the sweetest bride’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and naturally she picked a super sweet groom, so they were so easy to work with. The icing on the cake is all the gorgeousness oozing from this day! And pink – my favorite! This is going to be one of the longest blogs I’ve posted in a while because there is so much goodness to share!
The day began at the hotel that share property with their wedding venue, The Manor. The invitations set the perfect tone for the wedding – elegant and lovely. The engagement ring Michael gave Jen was has grandmother’s.
Jen’s gorgeous dress fit her absolutely perfectly – wait until you see! She was a stunner. The amazing shoes by Christian Louboutin
I think this may be one of my favorite ring shots of the year… sparkle background provided by the lovely shoes.
This amazing veil was made for Jen by her grandmother. It was so gorgeous in portraits – I love it so much.
I was obsessed with these lovely flower are by Clores Flowers. They are so bright and different from things I’ve seen recently – love!
Did I mention this veil was awesome?
An impromptu kiss from one of the adorable flower girls – one of my favorites from the day!
The gorgeous bride!
Jen and Michael opted to see each other before the ceremony to take advantage of daylight since the sun sets so early this time of the year. I’m so glad we did!
The lovely bridesmaids! Love the pink dresses, the wraps, the flower girl dresses, and the flowers! Perfection!
The guys weren’t so bad either 🙂 Can’t go wrong with a classic, black tux.
What a bunch of good looking ladies…
I have so many favorite portraits from their session. I always love a nice, classic portrait to start.
Love this shot by my second shooter April.
By the way, it was in the 30’s this day – Jen was such a trooper!
That veil!
Perfect bridal bouquet.
The ceremony took place at a lovely church nearby.
Jen’s grandfatehr walked her down the aisle. Don’t you think she looks just like him?
Happy groom watching his bride walk toward him.
Married! I love seeing the joy on their face.
Oh, yes, there was a sparkler exit!
Jen and Michael had lovely reception details as well. I’m crazy about this adorable cake topper!
This is one of the longest slideshows I’ve ever put together for a standard 8-hour wedding but I just couldn’t help myself. To view many more images from Jen and Michael’s wedding check out the slideshow below or click here. Enjoy!
