Christine found me initially when she was considering having a destination wedding. Though she opted not to have a destination wedding, she still opted to hire me, so I drove out to Pittsburgh for her wedding (though I may have slightly preferred Aruba, I still had a wonderful time 🙂 ). This post is going to a bit longer than usual because when I shot Christine and Tim’s wedding we had so much time for formal portraits and I just couldn’t narrow down my favorites… here we go!
Christine got ready at her parent’s house. I’m in love with both her shoes and her gorgeous Pnina Tornai dress from Kleinfeld’s.
Opening a gift from Tim… Love mom’s reaction.
I had so many favorites from her getting ready…
A gift for Tim, from Christine…
The watch went perfectly with his ring, and he loved it!
This church, unfortunately, had pretty strict restrictions for photography and I was only allowed to stay in the back of the church behind all the guests the WHOLE time… but we made it work.
Married!
This is what REALLY out of focus bubbles look like… 🙂
I’m just crazy about these yellow dresses against the colorful flowers.
After the wedding we had about 2 hours for photos so we headed into downtown Pittsburgh… we started at the convention center, isn’t this a cool location?
Then we headed over to one of the many bridges in Pittsburgh which was closed for the Pirates game… a very nice police officer let us take a few minutes to shoot on it.
The gorgeous Christine!
After a few quick minutes in the bridge we walked around the area a bit, doesn’t it look like fall with all the fallen leaves? It certainly didn’t feel like it, it was HOT 🙂
A great view of PNC Park.
One more stop at a cool waterfall near the hotel where the reception was. The handsome Tim:
The beautiful reception was held at The Marriott.
Their first dance to Jack Johnson…
Last shot of the night… that handsome second shooter is my fiance Mark 🙂
Christine and Tim I hope you enjoy your images! It was such a pleasure to meet and work with you and spend some time in Pittsburgh!
I love your photos! We had our wedding reception at the Marriott too!!
