After I shot Christina and David’s gorgeous engagement session at the Horticultural Center, I was so excited to shoot their wedding.  Christina and David have such a fun, playful relationship and it’s such a joy for me to photograph.  We had the most beautiful day complete with a rainbow – and no rain!  Enjoy their story:

A huge thanks to Amy for second shooting for me at this wedding!  While I was with the girls she documented the guys getting ready.

The ceremony and reception were held at the lovely Talamore Country Club.

Since David and Christina did not want to see each other before the ceremony we took some time to photograph the guys and girls separately so we had plenty of time during cocktail hour for bride and groom portraits.

I love the frilly bridesmaid’s dresses – so fun!

After the ceremony we were able to take a golf cart around the course to find great spots for portraits…

When we turned around and saw this rainbow I was stunned! It wasn’t even raining! I told them to run run run to the sunny spot in the grass before it disappeared.  This must mean some good luck for the marriage!
