I am so excited to share this wedding with you! I was thrilled when Arianna and Bill choose me as their photographer because it meant revisiting a very special spot – the venue where Mark and I got married two years ago – Glen Foerd Mansion. It was the first time I had ever photographed a wedding there. It was such a beautiful day. We had plenty of time for portraits which was an extra special treat. The day began at a nearby hotel where Arianna and her bridesmaids got ready.
Isn’t Arianna’s dress stunning?! I just love lace.
Love these blingy bracelets.
Love this shot of Arianna’s mom helping her into her jewelry.
After Arianna was in her dress we moved over to Glen Foerd to prepare for their first look. The getting ready room at Glen Foerd is one of my favorite things about it. Look at those windows! And so many fantastic mirrors!
Bill and Arianna opted to see each other before the ceremony so that the had plenty of time for portraits and then they could enjoy cocktail hour with their guests. It is always one of my most favorite parts of the day – be sure to check out the slideshow below for more photos of the first look.
The lovely bridal party.
I am crazy about these gorgeous flowers by Falls Flowers.
Fantastic tie choice!
Favorite! I just love this picture.
The rose garden at Glen Foerd is so beautiful for pictures. I always love a long veil in pictures!
Before the ceremony began we took a few minutes for portraits in the bridal suite. How gorgeous is Arianna?!
A lovely ceremony view of the Delaware River.
Here comes the bride…
Married!
We took a few more portraits before Bill and Arianna joined cocktail hour. Love this shot showing of the beauty of Glen Foerd.
We had some gorgeous light!
Another of my favorite spaces at the venue is this beautiful glass conservatory that overlooks the river. Falls Flowers did an amazing job with the decor.
First dance…
The pictures are perfect from beginning to end. They show a story of a wonderful couple in love sharing one of the most beautiful and memorable day in their lives along with their family and friends.
