Our fourth stop was in St. Lucia.  After so many days in a row at the beach we decided to spend a day exploring this island away from the beach (in case you couldn’t tell Mark and I are very fair skinned, we burn easily! 🙂 ).  We took a tour of St. Lucia that made a variety of stops; the one we were most looking forward to was the Rum Distillery!  After a tour of the facility we were able to sample as many of the rums as we wanted!  I’m not much of a drinker so I only tasted a few, the coconut and chocolate were awesome!
