Jen and John were absolutely radiant with joy on their wedding day. Some weddings strike me as so full of beauty and love that it just makes me smile as I edit the images. This is why I became a wedding photographer! I love capturing love – and you can see it all over their faces throughout the day. The Morris Arboretum real estate agent water down was a perfect backdrop for such a beautiful day. Be sure to check out the slideshow at the end to see even more images from this gorgeous wedding!
I began the day with Jen at her hotel where she got ready…

Love their classic rings! The rings were handmade by Sami Nakishbendi of Bendi Jewelers.

This tie pin was a token from Jen’s father that she clipped to her bouquet.

Some family heirlooms…

The gorgeous bride! The beautiful flowers are be Belovely Floral & Event Design. Hair and makeup by Salon True.

Jen and John opted to see each other for a first look before their ceremony so they had plenty of time for portraits and were able to enjoy their cocktail hour! I always suggest this if you’re not having a break between ceremony and reception. They got TONS of beautiful portraits because we had a full hour for just the two of them!

Look at those happy faces! LOVE!

The grounds of Morris Arboretum are just incredible for wedding pictures. I love these pink blooms so much!

Did I mention the beautiful flowers?!

Love this one!

Thanks to my fantastic second shooter Erik for this shot.

To get a big laugh like this you just have to tell jokes meant for 6 year olds 🙂

Jen’s brother walked her down the aisle… I love how the book look so happy!
