So it has been about three and a half months since Mark and I got engaged, my how time flies! I’ve been busy planning our wedding ever since and want to share some of the highlights. The number one question people have asked me since I got engaged is “Sooo who is going to be YOUR wedding photographer?”. Most people assume this must be a very difficult for me as a wedding photographer, but it wasn’t. I’ve known who I wanted to shoot my wedding since before I even got engaged 🙂
Of course photography is one of the biggest priorities to me about my wedding, not only because I am a photographer, but because it is one of the few things you can take home with you to look back on to remember your wedding day. Being a photographer means that I have a specific vision for my wedding photography and want the very best photography available. And that is why for my wedding photographer I have chosen my very good friend Tim Beckford of TimCo Photography.
Tim has shot gorgeous weddings all over the world from Hawaii to Mexico to Monaco. He has a very photojournalistic style mixed with a dash of creative portraiture that make what I think is the perfect balance for any wedding. I know on my wedding day I’ll be able to relax and trust that Tim will capture every moment perfectly.
Here’s a quick shot of me and Tim in Paris shortly after we met in 2007. Yes that is the Eiffel Tower hovering above us!
Tim is based in Orlando, Florida but specializes in destination weddings and is available worldwide, so if I’m not available on your wedding date be sure to check him out 🙂 You can view some of his beautiful work below, but also take a few minutes to go to his website to see more!
Oh look a post on your blog…about me :-)!
I’m so honored to be shooting your wedding – its going to be a lot of fun! Can’t wait for Ashley+Mark!
