Alex and Jonathan’s Appleford Estate wedding was one of those days where everything just felt joyful from start to finish — colorful florals, beautiful light, and the kind of easy connection between two people that shows up in every photo.
They started the morning getting ready at Meadowbrook Estate, which gave everyone a relaxed, elegant space to settle in before heading to Appleford. It was calm, happy energy all morning — exactly what you hope for on a wedding day. Alex wore a stunning Carolina Herrera gown for the portraits and ceremony and changed into a fun party dress for the reception.
Appleford Estate is always a favorite of mine for garden weddings. The historic stone house, lush grounds, and natural light everywhere make it perfect for couples who want something timeless but still relaxed.
One of my favorite things about this day was how obvious their love is when you look at them together. Nothing forced — just constant smiles, little looks, and that quiet comfort you see with couples who are genuinely excited to be marrying each other. Those are always the moments I’m watching for.
